Build details:Custom made for the amazingly talented Kelli Mayo from the band Skating Polly.
The body is a Padron 7000 cigar box and made out of cedar and finished with Truoil gun stock oil. The neck is Mahogany from reclaimed flooring and the fretboard is Ebony.
It is a 30" scale. It has 20 nickel medium jumbo frets. This is a “neck through” design so the neck runs the full length of the box.
Ernie Ball Regular Slinky round wound bass strings. In diameters of .105", .065", and .045" and tuned to E, C#, G#.
It has nickel open tuners and nickel hardware. Genuine buffalo bone nut and bridge died white. The bridge is floating.
Split coil Precision "P" bass at neck and single coil Jazz "J" Bass at bridge. Includes volume and tone controls and three way pickup switch.
